A discrete return of fibrous tissue was observed 45 days after treatment. There was an average decrease of 0.20 cm in the thickness of the fat layer at this stage and an increase of 0.06 cm in the thickness of the fibrous septa.

freeze2trim Table 3 shows the ultrasound findings, which demonstrate the absence of an inflammatory process before treatment and the inflammatory peak 7 days after treatment. Fibrosis was present and was detected before treatment, which may be the result of a liposuction procedure that the volunteer underwent 10 years ago. Fifteen days after treatment, the fibrosis increased in thickness, at 30 days no fibrosis was observed and 45 days after therapy a new fibrosis arose.
