One of the consistent findings in the VitaMove Back Pain Relief Review recent literature is that epidural steroid injections overall are very effective through either techniques for improving the symptoms from radiculopathy due to a herniated disc. The overall effectiveness is greater than 75%, and some studies have shown upwards of a 90% response rate, particularly in those patients who are symptomatic for less than three months.

Let's digress a moment. We have cells in our body that are specific to certain electromagnetic frequencies. Examples of this are the retinal cells at the back of our eye, an extension of our optic nerve, that respond to specific frequencies of light. It is that special ability to be stimulated by the frequency of the color green for example that allows us to see the color green. Some of the retinal cells respond to blue, pink, red, orange and so forth.
