Should I be concerned? Last week I had a Chem Dry company in to clean a single bedroom carpet. The job went okay (though it took 2 days to completely dry, which was not what the guy originally told me) so I had them back out to clean my tile and grout. Initially it looked okay--the tile and grout seem fine--but I noticed that their machine left a large ring (2 ft. diameter) on the CARPET THEY CLEANED LAST WEEK. Then, I noticed that MOST the white baseboards are all mangled at the corners with exposed wood as though they bumped into them many times. Now I noticed that an area of baseboard in my dining room is completely warped.
